摘要 综合性大学的物流管理专业依托浓郁的校园文化、多学科的支撑、综合素质好的学生,有其特有的优势,同时,由于物流管理专业的应用性特点,专业定位特色难显,教学模式与专业定位匹配不够,难以平衡社会对物流人才的现实和未来需求。学校和学院需要进一步顶层设计,提出比较清晰的专业定位及与之匹配的培养体系。教师要配合专业定位与培养体系,采用多种教学模式组合,不断探索创新专业课的教学模式与方法。 Based on rich campus culture,multidisciplinary support,good comprehensive quality of students,logistics management major of comprehensive university has its unique advantages. At the same time,due to the characteristics of the application of logistics management major,it is difficult to locate professional characteristics,to match the teaching mode and professional orientation,not enough to balance the social reality and the future of logistics personnel demand. Schools and colleges need further top-level design to provide clearer professional orientation and matching training systems. Teachers should cooperate with the professional orientation and training system,adopt various teaching modes,and constantly explore the teaching models and methods of innovative specialized courses.
