摘要 面对我国经济发展进入新常态,经济结构调整、产业升级、人才供求关系的巨大变化,高等教育结构性矛盾日益突出,面向生产一线的应用型、技能型、创新性人才培养机制还未完全建立起来,高校人才培养质量存在同质化现象,人才培养质量和结构不能完全适应产业转型升级和经济结构调整的需要,高校毕业生就业质量低,就业困难的问题仍然突出。如何培养服务地方经济的创新型、复合型、应用型人才成为迫切需要解决的问题。教师对人才的培养起着关键作用,目前,应用型本科院校普遍存在教师实践教学水平不高的问题。文中从产教融合视角探讨了应用型本科教师实践教学能力的构成和培养途径。 Along with the economic development of our country enters the new normal,higher education personnel training quality and the structure is not conform to the adjustment of economic structure and the requirement of industry transformation and upgrading,low quality of the employment of university graduates,the employment difficulty of the problem is still not effectively ease,how to cultivate those shortage of production line of innovative,compound and applied talents become an urgent need to solve the problem. Teachers play a key role in the cultivation of talents. Currently,there is a problem of low level of teaching practice in applied undergraduate colleges and universities. This paper discusses the composition and training method of practical teaching ability of applied undergraduate teachers from the perspective of production education.
