China ancient supervision system is an important part of Chinese feudal political and legal system,which plays an important role in the social stability and development. The supervisory system emerged in the pre-Qin dynasty and was effected completely in the Qin and the Han Dynasties. And the system has been matured in the Sui and the Tang Dynasties During the Ming and the Qing Dynasties,the supervision system has perfected in all ways. We can get a lot of inspiration and experiences from the evolution of the supervisory system in ancient China and guide us in the construction of China＇s modern legalized and scientific political system.
