基于双向调查的财经类高校英语课程需求研究

A Two-way Needs Analysis for College English Courses Restructuring in Universities of Finance and Economics

对财经类高校非英语专业本科生和部分外企中层管理人员进行双向英语需求调查,结合随机访谈的结果,从横向和纵向两个维度剖析了当下大学生对当前大学英语课程满意度、学习者近期和长期的需求差异和职业发展对英语学习的需求,以期为大学英语教学改革中通用和专门用途课程的设置调整提供建议。

A two-way needs analysis is conducted via two questionnaires in order to study the short-term and long-term needs of non-English majors in a university of finance and economics and the needs of middle level administrators in international companies for English learning in career development,together with interviews with some of the respondents. The degrees of students＇ satisfaction with the existing College English courses,and the respondents＇ knowledge about EGP and ESP are also revealed in order to get implication for reconstructing College English courses that incorporate both EGP and ESP courses.
