论哈代的故园情结

托马斯·哈代是十九世纪末著名的英国现实主义及悲剧主义作家之一。哈代的现实主义主要是通过对当时英国资本主义冲击封建宗法制度而形成的,通过对当地农民、工人、小商人悲惨生活现状的真实描述来反应现实;哈代的悲剧主义主要源自故园多塞特乡村被资本主义商业化和工业化冲击而渐去渐远产生的纠结和怀念。哈代为了怀念已经被英国工业革命冲击而逝去的多塞特乡村,通过浓厚的故园情来构建自己的"威塞克斯王国",进而舒拓"怀念故园而故园不再"的故园情结,表达对逐渐消失的封建宗法制度下的多塞特式故园的留念,呼吁在工业革命的同时应兼顾民众家园的情怀。

Thomas Hardy is one of the famous British realist and tragedy writers in the late nineteenth Century. Hardy＇s realist writing style is formed due to the British capitalism. He described the miserable life of the workers,the farmers and the traders in his works Hardy＇s tragedy complex is affected by the industrialization and commercialization of his hometown Dorset. In memory of the fallen Dorset village,Hardy created his own ＂ Wessex kingdom＂ and gave the hometown complex of ＂ missing the hometown which is no longer exist＂__ missing of the Dorset under the feudal patriarchal clan system. He called for people to give consideration to the hometown complex while carrying out the industrial revolution.
