Design and Evaluation of Coordination Mechanism for Humanitarian Relief Logistics

人道救援物流的快速、精确、高效率在应对突发事件中越来越受到重视,因此,分析人道救援物流的面临对象和组成原则,并设计人道救援物流协调机制十分重要。以郴州市救援物资管理实战案例为基础,探讨应急物流救援的运作流程;应用AHP法对人道救援物流协调机制运作能力进行了评价。

There is no enough attention to the research of humanitarian relief logistics theoretically and practically. The paper analyses the essence of the humanitarian relief logistics, the feature of the humanitarian relief logistics and its significance. Constructing the humanitarian relief coordination mechanism logistics,based on the Chenzhou City＇s experience in supplies of the logistics, this article designs an operation process for it. For humanitarian relief coordination mechanism in the operation of the logistics, through an instance, the evaluation of the operational capacity for humanitarian relief coordination mechanism logistics based on AHP is analyzed.
