Practice of Support for Entrepreneurship in New York City's Public Libraries

创业支持服务是图书馆信息资源保障机制与大众创业之间的深度融合。纽约市公共图书馆创业支持服务包括4大主题内容:商业计划援助与种子基金资助、金融素养教育与财务发展协助、求职就业援助与职业规划咨询、移民创业激励与风险防范援助。借鉴其经验,我国图书馆界应首先完善行业顶层设计,开展创业支持服务;其次发展"信息资源+创业支持"模式,尝试深层次创业支持服务。

Supporting entrepreneurship is the deep integration of library information resources guarantee system and mass entrepreneurship. New York City＇s Public Libraries support entrepreneurship in such four terms as providing business planning assistance and seed fund support, providing financial literacy education and financial development assistance, providing job search assistance and Career planning consultation, encouraging entrepreneurship among immigrants and providing risk prevention assistance. Library community in China can learn from their advanced experiences in terms of refining library industry top-down design, promoting entrepreneurial support services, exploring information resources plus entrepreneurial support model, testing advanced entrepreneurial support services.
