摘要
《威立白皮书:高校图书馆适应评估文化》在内外部环境分析、调查数据分析的基础上,指出高校图书馆角色的重新定位及教学/科研参与模型的新兴发展趋势,推荐七大评估路径以帮助图书馆适应评估为导向的文化。应用SWOT分析法制定高校图书馆评估管理战略,塑造图书馆员"推广与评估"的新角色定位,提倡发展协作参与的嵌入式信息技能教学新模式,以及建立评估和测度学生成就的系统化路径是白皮书的主要特点和成就,对我国高校图书馆参与推动学生成就评估以及高等教育改革有着启迪意义。
Wiley recently published the report of Adapting Academic Libraries to the Culture of Assessment. With analysis on research data and examination of internal and external environments, this report points out the redefining of academic libraries' roles, the emerging trend of the integrated model of teaching and research engagement, and recommends seven best practices for a successful transition to the culture of assessment. The report's main characteristics and achievements include stating academic libraries' assessment management strategy based on SWOT analysis, promoting a new role that centers on promotion and assessment among librarians, advocating an integrated information literacy teaching model that incorporates collaboration, and establishing a systematic approach to assessing students' achievement. These findings are meaningful in advancing students' achievement assessment in Chinese libraries and driving the reform of Chinese higher education.
