摘要 痴呆是一种以认知功能丧失为主要表现的临床综合征，通常表现为记忆障碍，以近期记忆障碍更为明显，此外还伴有日常生活行为、个性或社会行为的改变，以及活动能力的下降。阿尔茨海默病协会（Alzheimer’s Disease International，ADI）。
