摘要
神经放射学分阶段目标胜任力评价系统,是由美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会(ACGME)与美国放射学会(ABR)联合倡议发起的用于评价放射学住院医师培训考核系统的一部分,该体系考核并记录放射学住院医师在神经放射学方面的6项能力培养和成长过程,包括知识、技能、专业态度等方面,具体涵盖了病患关切(PC)、医学知识(MK)、基于系统的实践(SBP)、基于实践的学习(PBL)、职业素养(PROF)、人际关系和沟通技巧(ICS)六个方面,二十个单项。涵盖了对神经影像的理解和诊断、科研能力的提高、侵入性和非侵入性操作的训练,该评价体系全方位展示了美国住院医师胜任力培训的要点,值得国内住院医师规范化培训机构学习借鉴。
The Neuroradiology Milestone Project is part of the Milestones which were initiated jointly by the Accred- itation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the American Board of Radiology (ABR). This part of mile stone project is designed for accurate phased evaluation in all dimensions of the resident in the context of their participation in neuroradiology. This project evaluate and recording the six training aspects and development processes of neuroradiology resident. A total of twenty items,including Patient Care (PC), Medical Knowledge (MK), Systems-based Practice (SBP), Practice-based Learning (PBL),Professionalism (PROF), and Interpersonal and Communication Skills (ICS). The project demonstrates comprehensively the key dimensions of the elements in training resident competency in USA, worth being to be learned by resident standardization training institutions in China.
