2011年版美国用药安全自评量表汉化及应用初测

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of 2011 ISMP Medication Safety Self Assessment~? for hospitals

目的:汉化2011年版美国药物安全自评量表并检验其信度、效度,通过对某医院内科药物安全进行初步评估,探索该量表中文版在我国临床的适用性。方法:获取原作者授权,应用Brislin的跨文化研究翻译理论与方法学形成中文版量表,并检验其信、效度。采用便利抽样选取某医院内科系统,依据ISMP推荐方法成立评估小组对各项指标进行测评。结果:汉化后的量表包括10个维度,20个核心特征及270个条目,Cronbach’sα系数为0.996,重测信度为0.95,内容效度指数(CVI)为0.95。医院内科用药安全自我测评结果显示,患者信息(mean%=61%)、药物信息(mean%=67%)、质量流程和风险管理(mean%=74%)得分较低,提示医院需采取措施给予改进。结论:中文版量表具有较好的信度和效度,在改进我国医院患者用药安全上具有重要作用。

OBJECTIVE To translate the 2011 ISMP Medication Safety Self Assessment for hospitals into Chinese and to evaluate reliability and validity of the translated version and to analyze its feasibility in evaluation of safety of hospital internal medicines.METHODS As authorized by the original authors,the scale had been translated and made cultural adaptation.The team had been set up as ISMP＇s recommended method and then finished the self assessment.RESULTS The Chinese version scale includes 10 dimensions,20 core characteristics and 270 items.The Cronbach＇s α was 0.996,the retest reliability was 0.95,and the content validity index （CVI） was 0.95.The score value of Patient information （mean%=61%）,Drug information （mean%=67%） and Quality processes and risk management （mean%=74%） were low,indicating hospitals should have strategies to improve them.CONCLUSION The Chinese version of 2011 ISMP Medication Safety Self Assessment？ for hospitals has good reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate medication safety for hospitals.
