摘要
目的:通过设立药师综合门诊,为患者提供全面个体化药学服务。方法:设置全日制多专科药师门诊,建全药师接诊、会诊、转诊、检查、网络药学服务等工作规范,并统计一年内患者来源情况及就诊数量变化,调查患者满意度。结果:一年内就诊患者数量逐步增加,主要来源于医务人员的转诊,药师门诊患者满意度明显高于普通门诊。结论:药师门诊能够增加医药配合程度,提升患者治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE To provide patients with comprehensive individualized pharmaceutical cares by establishing the pharmacist outpatient department. METHODS A full time multi specialty pharmacist outpatient department was established, reception, consultation, referral, check and network pharmacy service work norms were developed. The number and the source of patients in the past year were counted, and the patient satisfaction was surveyed. RESULTS The number of patients increased gradually in a year, mainly from the referral of medical staff. The satisfaction degree of pharmacist outpatients was significantly higher than that of general outpatient. CONCLUSION Pharmacist outpatient department can promote the level of medical cooperation, and enhance the therapeutic effects.
