植物绝缘油浸纸板电气性能的研究 被引量:8

摘要 绿色环保型植物绝缘油越来越受到人们的重视,国外已经做到420 k V/300 MVA植物油变压器,而国内植物油变压器制造才刚刚起步,到目前为止还没有商品化植物油变压器。因此研究植物绝缘油浸纸板最基本的电气性能具有非常重要的意义。为掌握水分和温度对植物绝缘油浸纸板电气性能的影响,文中制备了不同含水量的植物绝缘油和矿物绝缘油浸纸板试样,并对比研究了它们在常温下的交流击穿特性,以及体积电阻率、损耗因数和相对介电常数随温度和水分的变化规律。研究结果表明,油浸纸板的电气性能在含水量超过4%时急剧下降,同等水分下植物绝缘油浸纸板的击穿场强高于矿物绝缘油浸纸板。文中的研究对植物绝缘油的应用具有重要的参考意义。 Vegetable insulating oil has attracted more and more attention. The 420 kV/300 MVA vegetable oil transformer has been used in foreign countries, and the domestic vegetable oil transformer has just started. And there is no commercialnaturalestertransformer, sothestudyofvegetableinsulatingoilbaseelectricalpropertiesisofgreat significance. In order to master the influence of moisture and temperature on the electrical properties of vegetable insulating oil im- pregnated pressboard, the authors have prepared different kinds of vegetable insulating oil and mineral oil impreg- hated pressboard samples with different moisture and studiedtheir AC breakdown characteristics at room tempera- ture, and the temperature characteristics of loss factor, volume resistivity and relative permittivity with different moisture. The results show that the electrical properties of oil-impregnated pressboard are abruptly decreased when the moisture content is more than 4%. The AC breakdown strength of vegetable oil impregnated pressboard is higher than that of rainera1 oil. The study of this paper has important reference ing oil. significance for the application of vegetable insulating oil.
