我国高校学生组织参与学生事务管理:问题及对策

学生事务管理是高校管理工作中的重要内容。目前,我国学生组织参与学生事务管理创新了学校管理方式,但也存在部分学生组织成员权利意识不足;学校缺乏对其进行有效指导;学生组织参与学生事务管理呈现"碎片化"样态;信息平台未能在学生组织参与学生事务管理中发挥应有作用等问题。应通过培养学生的民主管理意识;引导学生组织深入高校管理的各个层次和领域;注重对学生组织进行系统指导;鼓励行政管理部门建立多方联动协同机制等措施改善学生组织参与学生事务管理现状,促进学生事务管理民主化、科学化和制度化。

At present, the student organization of our country has innovated the management way of the university. However, there are still some problems ： some members of student organizations have insufficient awareness of rights ; Universities are lack of effective guidance ; That the student organization participates in student affairs management presents the ＂fragmentation＂ pattern; The information platform fails to play its due role in student affairs management. By cultivating students＇ consciousness of democratic management, we have to guide the student organization into university management at all levels and areas, pay attention to systematical guidance in student organiza- tion; encourage administrative departments to set up multiple linkage coordination mechanisms and measures to improve the status where the students participate in student affairs management, and promote the students＇ affairs administration to be democratic, scien- tific and institutionalized.
