摘要
目的:探讨PD-L1和p-STAT3蛋白在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测74例肺腺癌术后患者肿瘤组织中PD-L1和p-STAT3蛋白的表达水平。结果:PD-L1和pSTAT3蛋白表达阳性率分别为37.8%(28/74)和54.1%(40/74),PD-L1蛋白表达与组织学分化程度(P=0.002)和淋巴结转移(P=0.03)相关。p-STAT3蛋白表达与淋巴结转移相关(P=0.015)。Spearman相关性分析发现PD-L1与p-STAT3蛋白表达呈正相关,但无统计学差异。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示PDL1和p-STAT3表达阳性患者的复发率显著高于低表达患者。结论:PD-L1和p-STAT3蛋白在肺腺癌中具有较高的表达率,其表达情况与肿瘤的进展密切相关。PD-L1和p-STAT3蛋白表达作为判断肺腺癌患者预后的一个预测指标。
Objective:To study the expression of PD - L1 and p - STAT3 protein in patients with lung adenocarci- noma and their clinical significance. Methods: The method of immunohistochemical staining was adopted. The expres- sion levels of PD - L1 and p - STAT3 protein in 74 resected lung adenocarcinoma patients were detected. Results: PD -L1 and p -STAT3 expression had been observed in 37.8% (28/74) and 54.1% (40/74), respectively. PD - L1 expression was correlated with differentiation (P = 0. 002 ) and lymph node metastasis ( P = 0. 03 ). p - STAT3 ex- pression was associated with lymph node metastasis ( P = 0.015 ). Spearman's test indicated that positive correlation was found for PD - L1 and p - STAT3 protein expression, but there was no statistically significant difference. Kaplan - Meier survive analysis indicated that patients with positive PD - L1 and p - STAT3 expression had a significantly shorter disease free survival than that of patients with negative PD - L1 and p - STAT3 expression. Conclusion: PD - L1 and p -STAT3 protein showed high expression in patients with lung adenocarcinoma, and increased PD -L1 and p - STAT3 expression may involve in the progression of lung adenocarcinoma. Our study indicates that the expression of PD - L1 and p - STAT3 are useful prognostic markers for lung adenocarcinoma.
