结构功能主义视角下的大学内部监督体系构建研究

On Construction of University Internal Supervision System from Perspective of Structural Functionalism

大学内部监督体系是现代大学治理体系的有机组成部分。文章运用AGIL理论分析框架模型对大学内部监督体系四个基本功能进行分析,提出大学内部监督体系要具备监督机制动态适应、动力机制完备、监督协同制度化和公共理性引领的特征才能发挥应有作用。健全大学内部监督体系的关键路径是形成动力驱动机制、多元联动机制、制度生成机制和信息技术支撑机制。

The university internal supervision system is an organic part of the modem university governance system. This paper ana- lyzes the four basic functions of the internal supervision system of University by the analytical framework model with AGIL theory. So as to play its proper role, the university internal supervision system should have the characteristics of dynamic adaptation, driving force, cooperative institutionalization, and public rational leading. The key ways to improve the internal supervision system of universities are to form a power driving mechanism, a multiple linkage mechanism, a system generation mechanism and an information technology sup- port mechanism.
