价值共创视角下高校学生评教制度之缺陷及优化路径 被引量:7

摘要 师生价值共创是指教师与学生投入各自资源,通过循环互动与良性合作实现新价值的创造,最终实现人才培养质量的提高。学生评教制度是师生价值共创的重要影响因素,是其价值共创能否成功的关键。文章解读了师生价值共创与学生评教之逻辑关联,探讨了学生评教制度之缺陷及对师生价值共创的影响,提出设置科学的评教指标体系、实现评教信息对称化、合理使用评教结果与优化教师考评制度等优化路径。 The value co -creation of teachers and students refers that the teachers and students invest in their own resources through the cycle of interaction and benign cooperation to achieve the creation of new value, and uhimately improve the quality of per- sonnel training. Student evaluation system is an important factor in the value co - creation of teachers and students, and it is also the key to the success of value co - creation. This paper analyzes the logical relationship between the value co - creation of teachers and students and the students' evaluation of teaching, and gives a discussion on the defects of the students' evaluation system and the in- fluences on the teachers and students' value co - creation, then puts forward the optimization path of teaching evaluation system, such as setting up the scientific evaluation index system, realizing the symmetry of evaluation information, making reasonable use of evalua- tion results and oDtimizinz the teacher evaluation system.
