摘要
通过数据调查,发现高校青年教师的工作待遇满意度是很低的。而这种不满与青年教师激励机制是存在一定关联的。青年教师激励机制具有忽略青年教师的参与、运行过程形式化、激励标准单一、在激励时效与稳定性上存在不足等问题,造成部分青年教师的不满,制约一些青年教师积极性的发挥。"发挥这些青年教师在激励机制中的主体作用;以公平为指向,实现运行有力;区分对待,丰富、灵活激励手段;统筹协同,确保激励的时效性与稳定性"是创新青年教师激励机制的路径选择。
By the survey, it is found that the job satisfaction of young teachers is very low. And this situation must relate to the in- centive mechanism of young teachers. There exists some disadvantages in that mechanism, which include the neglect of young faculty' s participation, the formalization of operational process, and single incentive standards. In addiction, there also exist some problems in the stimulation timeliness and stability, which cause the dissatisfaction of young faculty and restrict the enthusiasm of them. So in order to solve those problems above, the main role of young faculty need further elaboration" in the incentive mechanism fairly so as to imple- ment forcefully. At last, it is necessary to enrich the measures of incentive mechanism and treat different faculty by different incentive mechanism so as to give overall consideration and ensure that the timeliness and stability of incentive is the path choice of the innova- tion incentive mechanism for young teachers.
