艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤的疗效及其对免疫功能的影响

The therapeutic efficacy of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma and its influence on immunological function

目的:探讨艾迪注射液联合化疗方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者的疗效、毒副反应及其对免疫功能的影响。方法:55例多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为治疗组(28例)及对照组(27例),治疗组应用艾迪注射液联合VAD方案,对照组单用VAD方案,4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效并比较毒副反应,同时考察对患者免疫功能的影响。结果:治疗组的临床获益率(CBR)为82.14%,明显高于对照组的59.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组化疗后T细胞免疫功能及NKT细胞活性均有显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合VAD方案可以有效提高老年多发性骨髓瘤患者临床获益率,不良反应少,可明显提高患者免疫功能,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the therapeutic efficacy, toxic reaction of Aidi injection combined with chemo- therapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma（MM） and the effect of therapy on immunological function. Methods ：55 elderly patients with MM were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group were treated by VAD regimen with standard dose,while the patients in treatment group were treated by VAD regimen combined with Aidi injection 4 weeks for a course of treatment. The therapeutic efficacy, toxic reaction and the effect of therapy on immu- nological function of both groups were observed after 3 courses of treatment. Results：The clinical benefit rate（CBR） of treatment group was 82.14% , significantly higher than 59.26% of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the side effects in the treatment group decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the immunological function of T cell and the activity of NKT cell in the treat- ment group increased significantly after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Aidi injection in combination with VAD regimen can effectively improve the clinical benefit rate of elderly patients with multiple myeloma,less side effects and improve the immunological function. It is worthwhile to promote the application at the grass - roots hospital.
