摘要
"双主体"模式就是高职教育尊重办学规律、接受时代规制,将企业引入办学全过程,全程参与甚至主导人才培养目标的制定和落实,从而使企业与学校共同成为人才培养的主体。"双主体"办学模式对高职思想政治教育的内外部环境均产生深刻的影响。因此,应对"双主体"办学模式,高职思想政治教育既要提升实力,又要深化合作;既要拓宽路径,又要形成机制;校企双方更要凝心聚力,协同合作。
The school- enterprise cooperative model is that the higher vocational college observes the school management disci- pline and receives the epochal character involving the whole process to formulate and implement the objectives in talent cultivation so as the school and the enterprise can be the main body to cultivate personnel at same time. This model has impacted on the internal and ex- ternal environment of ideological and political education. By the SWOT analysis, it shows that this model is beneficial for students to improve their self - awareness, good quality and their adaptability so as opportunities can be provided for ideological and political edu- cation to enrich its content, broaden its paths and enhance the education effect. But there still exist some problems. Due to the enter- prises' nature of pursuing utility maximization and extensive management, this model is not suitable to cultivate the students' correct overlooks on the world, life and values, career interests and good professional qualities. Furthermore, the education environment and the subject and object become more complex, which makes the task of education more arduous and the ideological and political educa- tion face greater challenges. So under this situation, the ideological and political education should not only enhance the strength, but also deepen cooperation in order to innovate its developing paths.
