摘要
早产儿脑结构及功能发育不成熟,易出现脑发育异常或脑损伤。正确地认识和评价早产儿不同阶段脑发育及脑功能的状态,有助于早期识别早产儿脑损伤,进行早期干预,降低致残率。文章就目前早产儿脑发育及脑损伤的评价方法进行总结。
The brain structure and function of premature in- fant is underdevelopment, it is easy to be injured and develop abnormally. Correctly evaluating the state of brain in different stages can help early detection of brain injury, early interven- tion and reduction of disability rate. In this paper, the evalua- tion methods of brain development and brain injury of prema- ture infants are summarized.
