摘要 将FMEA(Failure Model and Effects Analysis,FMEA)方法运用到船用核动力装置压力安全系统的核安全监督中,对该系统的各组成部分、元素进行分析,找出系统中各组成部分及元素可能发生的故障,查明各种类型故障对邻近部分或元素的影响以及最终对系统的影响;然后,运用依赖型语言有序加权几何(dependent linguistic ordered weighted geometric,DLOWG)算子进行FMEA风险评估。利用该算子能减轻评价不公平性,改进传统FMEA中故障的风险优先数(Risk Priority Number,RPN)计算方式,从而得出压力安全系统各部分的核安全监督的重要度排序,对提高核安全监督水平,具有十分重要的意义。 The FMEA method is applied to the nuclear safety supervision of the pressure relief system of marine nuclear power plant.The components and elements of the system are analyzed to find out the possible faults in the components of the system,and the influence of the various types of faults on the adjacent elements and the final impact.Then,the DLOWG operator is used to FMEA risk assessment.Using the character of operator which can reduce the unfairness of the evaluation and improve the calculation of RPN in the traditional FMEA,the importance ranks of the nuclear safety supervision items in each part of the pressure relief system are obtained,which has significant influence on the safety and reliability of nuclear power equipment.
