摘要
将对射击稳定性影响较大的部件考虑为柔性体,建立了全炮刚柔耦合非线性有限元参数化模型。通过对射击稳定性的总体结构参数灵敏度分析,研究了重要结构参数对射击稳定性的影响规律。同时利用响应面(RSM)近似模型方法进行优化,有效降低了前大架跳高。该研究对火炮总体结构设计与优化具有借鉴意义。
The components that have a greater impact on firing stability were considered as flexible body,and the nonlinear finite element parametric model of the whole gun was established.Through the analysis of the sensitivity of the overall structural parameters of the firing stability,the structural parameters which have influence rule on the firing stability were studied.At the same time,the RSM approximation model was used to optimize the firing stability,which effectively reduced the high jump of the front trails.This study was of great significance to the design and optimization of the overall structure of gun.
