摘要
选用PP纤维为基体,黄麻纤维为增强体,采用针刺非织造技术和模压技术成功制备了汽车内饰用麻纤维增强PET/PP非织造复合材料。通过改变麻纤维含量分析复合材料的弯曲性能、尺寸稳定性、吸水性和隔热性能,研究麻纤维对PET/PP非织造复合材料的增强作用。试验结果表明,随着麻纤维含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲性能和隔热性能提高显著,尺寸稳定性有较大改善,吸水性增加。
Jute fiber reinforced PET/PP nonwoven composite material used for car interior was successfully manufac- tured by nonwoven needling process and compression molding technology. In order to study the reinforcing effect of jute fiber to PET/PP nonwoven composite material ,the bending behavior,dimensional stability ,hydroscopic property and heat insulation of the material were analyzed by changing the content of jute fiber. The results showed that with the increase of jute fiber content, the bending performance and heat-insulating property of the composite material increased significantly, the dimensional stability also had a considerable improvement and the hydroscopic property became better.
