针织圆机的互联互通及其实现

摘要 为推进"互联网+针织"的发展,实现针织圆机的互联互通,针对目前针织行业内针织设备接口不统一,设备难以实现互联互通及互操作等诸多问题,制定圆机网络通信接口相关行业标准。该标准规定圆纬机通信接口和数据协议规范,实现标准内设备互联互通及互操作。并基于该标准构建针织圆机互联互通云平台,实现对针织圆机的信息化管理。同时建设试验验证平台,对圆纬机互联互通方法及可靠性进行试验验证,并在验证的基础上进行行业示范和推广。 In order to promote the development of Internet plus knitting, realize the interconnection and intercom- munication of circular weft knitting machines and solve the problems in the knitting industry, such as the disunity of machines' interfaces and the difficulties to achieve interconnection and interoperability between machines, this paper proposes an industry standard on the network communication interfaces of circular weft knitting machines, which prescribes the communication interface and data protocol specification of the machines to enable the interconnection and interoperability of the machines. Based on this standard, a cloud platform for circular weft knitting machine was constructed to realize the information management. Meanwhile, to test and verify the method and the reliability of the interconneetion, a platform was constructed and the industrywide demonstration and popularization were carried out on the basis of verification.
