摘要
针对泰国的生物质燃料稻壳、玉米芯、甘蔗渣、棕榈纤维、棕榈壳、棕榈油串和桉树皮,给出了它们的元素分析、工业分析和灰熔点分析。结果表明,稻壳与棕榈壳的水分低、热值高,灰的流动温度高于1 300℃。玉米芯、棕榈纤维和棕榈油串的Cl含量均超过0.1%,灰的流动温度在1 000~1 200℃。甘蔗渣和桉树皮的净热值在6 845~7 638 k J/kg,灰的流动温度高于1240℃。根据燃料特性,提出了有关锅炉设计的建议措施。
For Thailand' s biomass fuel, the study obtained the ultimate analysis, proximate analysis and ash fusion point analysis of rice husk, corn cob, bagasse, palm fiber, palm shell, palm oil empty bunch and eucalyptus bark. The re- suits showed that rice husk and palm shell have low moisture and high calorific value. The ash flow temperature is higher than 1 300 ℃. Corn cob, palm fiber, and palm oil empty bunch have a chlorine content of more than 0.1%. The ash flow temperature is between 1 000 ℃ and 1 200 ℃. The net calorific value of bagasse and eucalyptus bark is between 6 845 kJ/ kg and 7 638 kJ/kg. The ash flow temperature is higher than 1 240 ℃.
