摘要 目前智能变电站二次检修工作安全措施的生成需要进行大量的数据建模和模型计算,已无法满足安全措施编制的效率要求。为此,提出一种基于典型二次检修继电保护语义的智能变电站二次检修安全措施票自动生成的方法,以提高安全措施生成的效率和正确性。通过将规程中的各种典型二次检修安全措施转化成计算机能够识别的语义规则并解析SCD文件,将变电站检修工作的实施对象、操作对象进行模型化,两者均作为语义匹配提供技术数据。再将通用语义规则中的通用实施对象和操作对象具体化为SCD文件中定义的实施对象实例和操作对象实例,完成语义规则与变电站实例对象的语义匹配。最终实现安全措施的自动生成,并通过图形化界面展示各个实施对象和操作对象,有效提升了电网的安全检修水平。 At present, the security measure generation for secondary maintenance of intelligent substation requires a lot of data modeling and model calculation, which can not meet the efficiency requirements of safety measure com- pilation. A method to automatically generate the security measures for the secondary maintenance of the intelligent substation based on the typical secondary maintenance relay protection semantics is proposed, in order to improve the efficiency and correctness of the safety measures. By transforming the typical secondary security measures in the program into the semantic rules that can be recognized by the computer, and by analyzing the SCD file, the imple- mentation objects and operation objects of the substation repair work are modeled, both of which provide technical data for semantic matching. And then the general implementation object and the operation object in the universal semantic rule are embodied as the implementation object instance and the operation object instance defined in the SCD file, and the semantic matching of the semantic rule and the substation instance object is completed. And fi- nally the automatic security measure generation is realized, and the implementation of the object and the operation object is displayed through the graphical interface, which effectively improves the safety and maintenance level of the grid.
