摘要
针对光伏和储能电池输出直流电压变化范围宽的问题,设计一款宽输入多输出双管反激式辅助电源,为光伏逆变器或储能变流器辅助供电。采用可变开关频率控制策略,根据负载变化动态调节开关频率,以减小开关损耗。采用推挽式变压器隔离驱动电路实现输入输出端的电气隔离,提高了驱动信号的同步性和控制核心的可靠性。利用三端稳压器和线性光耦实现输入输出的反馈和隔离,设计了多路输出电压反馈电路,提高辅助电源的稳定性。搭建输入电压为DC200~900V实验平台,验证了宽输入多输出双管反激式辅助电源的正确性和可行性。
A wide - input and multiple - output dual - tube flyback auxiliary power supply is designed for the photo- voltaic inverter and energy storage converter, which is a kind of auxiliary power supply for photovoltaic inverter and energy storage converter. Using variable switching frequency control strategy, according to the load changes dynam- ically adjust the switching frequency to reduce the switching losses. The use of push - pull transformer isolation drive circuit to achieve the input and output of the electrical isolation, improve the synchronization of the drive sig- nal and control the reliability of the core. The feedback and isolation of the input and output are realized by using the three - terminal regulator and the linear optocoupler. The output voltage feedback circuit is designed to im- prove the stability of the auxiliary power supply. The input voltage is DC200V - 900V experimental platform, which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the wide input and multiple output double flyback auxiliary power supply.
