摘要 为了研究Hf含量对Ag-Hf熔炼合金物理性能的具体影响,通过电弧熔炼的方法获得不同成分的Ag-Hf合金,将合金样品在扫描电子显微镜(SEM)下进行了显微组织观察、X射线衍射测量分析(XRD)和退火后XRD谱图分析。实验结果表明,Ag和Hf并没有形成一定原子比例的金属间化合物,只是Ag的点阵常数发生了变化,形成了含有一定Hf成分的固溶体;在这种固溶体中,随着Hf含量的增加,该固溶体的点阵常数呈现逐渐减小的趋势,并且这种Ag-Hf固溶体为置换型固溶体。 In order to study the specific effect of Hf content on the physical properties of Ag - Hf smelting alloy, Ag - Hf alloys with different compositions are obtained by arc melting method, The microstructure observation, X - ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and XRD pattern analysis after annealing are made on the alloy sample under the scan- ning of electron microscope (SEM). The experimental results show that Ag and Hf do not form a certain atomic ra- tio of intermetallic compounds, but Ag lattice constant has changed to form the solid solution with a certain Hf com- position ; in this solid solution, with the Hf content increases, The lattice constant of the solid solution tends to de- crease gradually, and the Ag - Hf solid solution is a replacement type solid solution.
