摘要
阐述了过热汽温串级控制系统及基于Smith预估计的过热汽温控制系统工作原理和实现方法。结合超临界单元机组过热汽温的控制特点,以常熟1 000 MW机组过热汽温控制策略为例,提出一种基于Smith预估计控制方法的过热汽温控制策略,实际应用中,该系统为单回路控制系统,结构简单,且可有效消除延迟环节对系统控制品质的影响。
The working principle and realization method of superheated steam temperature cascade control system and superheated steam temperature control system based on Smith prediction are described. Combined withthe con- trol characteristics of superheated steam temperature of supercritical power unit, a superheated steam temperature control strategy based on Smith predictioncontrol method is proposed, by taking the superheated steam temperature control strategy of Changshu 1 000 MW unit as an example. In practical application, the system is single loop con- trol system with simple structure and can effectively eliminate the influence ofdelay link on the system control quality.
