茶多酚对亚洲玉米螟生长发育和生殖的影响

摘要 【目的】了解茶多酚对亚洲玉米螟生长发育和生殖的影响。【方法】采用摄食毒力法,在室内测定了茶多酚对亚洲玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis Güenée)生长发育的影响。【结果】茶多酚对亚洲玉米螟幼虫的LC50为2.185 0 mg/g;对亚洲玉米螟幼虫的相对生长率、食物利用率、食物转化率和近似消化率无显著影响;延长了亚洲玉米螟的4龄龄期,其在低含量茶多酚(1.6 mg/g)的情况就达到显著差异,5龄龄期整体差异不大,对亚洲玉米螟的蛹重在中含量茶多酚(2.4 mg/g)的条件下差异显著,对其蛹期无明显差异;对成虫寿命无明显影响,降低了单雌产卵量,高含量茶多酚(4.0 mg/g)组的平均单雌产卵量仅为对照组的43.64%,低含量茶多酚(0.8 mg/g)组的净生殖力与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),内禀增长率和周限增长率均降低。【结论】饲喂亚洲玉米螟3龄幼虫茶多酚可以有效降低后代种群基数,有利于该虫的控制。 [Purpose]In order to clarify the effect of tea polyphenols on the growth and development of Ostrinia furnacalis. [Method] The effect of tea polyphenols on the growth and development of O.furnacalis was studied by virulence feeding in indoor. [Results] The results showed that LC50 of tea polyphenols on O. furnacalis larvae was 2. 185 0 mg/g. The relative growth rate,food utilization rate,food conversion rate and the approximate digestibility had no significant difference on O. furnacalis larvae. And the age of 4 th instar larvae extended by tea polyphenols,there was significant difference among instar when tea polyphenols concentration was 1. 6 mg/g,the difference in overall 5 th instar age were not big. When tea polyphenols concentration was 2. 4 mg/g,the pupal weight was significantly different but pupal duration was not. Tea polyphenols had no obvious effect on longevity of O. furnacalis adult. Tea polyphenols reduced the average fecundity per female,high tea polyphenols concentration( 4. 0 mg/g) group spawning amount was only 43. 64%. In the low concentration group,the net reproduction of tea polyphenols group 0. 8 mg/g was significantly difference compared with the controlgroup( P 0. 05),and the intrinsic rate of increase and the finite rate of increase were decreased.[Conclusion]Feeding tea polyphenols to 3 rd instar larvae of O. furnacalis can effectively reduce the population of the offspring,which is beneficial to control it.
