高等学校创新人才培养问题分析

随着高等学校毕业生人数的逐年增加,加上国家宏观经济形势影响,大学生就业难问题不断凸显。随着国家提出"双创"即大众创业、万众创新指示精神,鼓励创业、促进创业就业和以创业带动就业,成为近年来国家促进就业工作的新思路。大学生创新能力的培养和高等学校创新人才的培育是大众创业、万众创新形势下高等教育的重点课题。但目前高等学校创新人才培养方面存在诸多问题,需要从课程体系、教育模式、评价体系和发挥思想政治教育工作重要作用等方面,加快提升高等学校创新人才培养水平。

The number of college graduates increasing year by year as well as the impact of the current macroeconomic situation is bringing about employment difficulty continuously. Encouraged by the national policy of The Mass Starting Businesses And Making Innovations, encouraging employment and promoting employment and business starting has become a new thought of employment promotion in China in recent years. How to cultivate the innovative ability of college students and how colleges and universities cultivate innovative talents is a key subject which the Chinese higher education has to research in the current situation of The Mass Starting Businesses And Making Innovations. Confronted with problems existing in the innovative talents cultivation currently colleges and universities should try to improve the innovative talents cultivation in the perspectives of curriculum system,education mode, evaluation system and giving play to the important role of ideological and political education.
