摘要
为探明引洮二期工程卵石混凝土耐久性,通过实验对比卵石混凝土和碎石混凝土的和易性、力学性能和耐久性。研究结果表明:卵石和碎石混凝土制备出混凝土耐久性有优有劣,其中同配合比卵石混凝土的坍落度大于碎石混凝土,改变水胶比可以制备出与碎石相同强度的混凝土,卵石混凝土降低水胶比到0.46可以制备出抗冻性能达到F200的等级,掺用抗腐蚀阻锈剂可以制备出抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能达到KS150等级的混凝土。工程区碎石运输距离较远,就近取材用当地卵石即可制备出耐久性能达标的混凝土。
In order to study the durability of pebble concrete in the second phase of Tao River, the workability and mechanical properties and durability of pebble concrete and gravel concrete were compared. The results show that the durability of concrete is better than that of gravel concrete, and the concrete with the same strength as gravel can be prepared by changing the water-cement ratio. Concrete to reduce the water and cement ratio to 0.46 can be prepared to achieve the F200 frost resistance grade, mixed with anti-corrosion rust inhibitor can be prepared to resist the sulfate erosion resistance to KS150 grade concrete. Engineering area gravel transport distance, the nearest material with the local pebbles can be prepared to achieve the durability of concrete standards.
