摘要
量测系统粗差对水电站和电力调度系统状态估计带来不良后果,影响正确的估计结果。针对粗差检测和定位凸显的问题,提出基于"三段式"权函数的选权迭代状态估计方法,借助于等价权因子函数,采用加权最小二乘估计算法进行求解,既保证了计算的高效快速性,又使算法自身具备了抵御粗差的能力。实际系统算例表明了该方法的有效性和正确性。
The coarse error of the measurement system brought bad consequences to the estimation of the state of the hydropower station and the power dispatching system. For the gross error detection and the location highlighting problems, the article was based on the ＂three step＂ weight function iteration state estimation method and also the equivalent weight factor function and using weighted least squares estimation algorithm, both to ensure the effectiveness and correctness and make the algorithm itself has the ability to resist gross errors.
