炼油厂增产喷气燃料技术研究

摘要 论述了两种增产喷气燃料技术的可行性及产品结构调整方向。研究表明,在冰点合格的前提下,拓宽直馏喷气燃料馏程经加氢精制是成本最低的有效途径。直馏喷气燃料原料馏程可扩宽至300℃;通过更换喷气燃料选择性更高的加氢裂化催化剂,喷气燃料收率可达42.87%,烟点可达28.9 mm。当加氢精制原料油为减压蜡油掺炼部分催化裂化轻柴油时,喷气燃料收率可以提高至50.02%,烟点合格为27 mm;利旧现有8.0 MPa压力等级柴油加氢装置或更高压力等级中压加氢裂化装置进行改造,喷气燃料收率可达48.14%,烟点28.9 mm,而且该技术可以生产富含链烷烃的高质量加氢尾油。 The feasibilities of two technologies for increasing jet fuel production and product slates adjustment are described.The study shows that,at the precondition of on-specification of freezing point,hydrogenating straight-run jet fuel with expanded distillation range is the most effective way of lowest cost among the relative technologies.The distillation range of straight-run jet fuel can be extended to 300 ℃.Through replacing hydrocracking catalysts with the one with high jet fuel selection,the yield of jet fuel can be increased to 42.87%,and its smoking point can reach 28.9 mm.When part of FCC light diesel is blended into VGO,the yield of jet fuel can be increased to 50.02% and its smoking point reaches 27 mm.With the revamping of existing hydrocracking unit with middle operating pressure of 8.0 MPa or higher,the yield of jet fuel is as high as 48.14%,and its smoking point can reach 28.9 mm.In addition,the high-quality tail oil with high paraffins can be produced.
