摘要
延迟焦化装置的运行过程中,焦粉和颗粒较小的焦炭被携带进入冷焦水和除焦水中,造成冷焦水罐和除焦水罐有效容积减少,且冷焦水和除焦水中焦粉含量太高会造成机泵和除焦设备故障率升高。在除焦水和冷焦水系统使用旋液式焦粉分离器,并在运行过程中将原来两台焦粉分离器并联使用改为仅使用单台,提高了分离器的进口流速,并将排污口直径由30 mm缩小为25 mm,改善了焦粉分离器的分离效果。通过优化,可除去冷焦水和除焦水中粒度在74~200μm的焦粉,改善了冷焦、除焦系统设备的运行条件,使除焦水提升泵的运行周期延长至6个月,除焦钻头换向阀检修周期延长至1 a,除焦水、冷焦水罐的运行周期延长至4 a。
In the operation of delayed coking unit,the carry-over coke powder and fine coke enter into coke cooling water and coke cutting water,which results in the reduction of effective volume of coke cooling water tank and coke cutting water tank.Whereas,the higher coke fines in the coke cooling water and coke cutting water will increase the rate of failures of pumps and decoking equipment.When the hydrocyclone is installed for the coke cutting and coke cooling water systems and two coke power separators in parallel is changed to one separator operation,the inlet velocity of the separator is elevated.After the diameter of discharge outlet pipe of 30 mm diameter is replaced with one of 25 mm diameter,the separation efficiency of the coke powder separator is greatly improved.After optimization,the coke powders of 0.074~0.200 mm in size are removed from coke cooling water and coke cutting water,which improves the operating conditions of decoking equipment and extends the operation cycle of coke cutting water pump to 6 months.The maintenance cycle of coke drill valve is extended to 1 year.The operations cycle of coke cutting water and coke cooling water tanks are extended to 4 years.
