独山子石化国Ⅴ汽油升级问题分析

摘要 中国石油独山子石化公司在国Ⅴ汽油升级工作中,针对催化裂化装置生产瓶颈以及催化裂化汽油硫含量高,汽油加氢精制装置生产国Ⅴ汽油RON损失大的矛盾,将原有的0.60 Mt/a加氢裂化装置改造为1.00 Mt/a蜡油加氢处理装置。改造后,催化裂化原料性质得到改善,残炭从1.04%降至0.19%,硫质量分数从0.95%降至0.17%,催化裂化汽油中硫质量分数从700~900μg/g降至70~80μg/g,汽油收率提高2.14百分点,有效降低了柴汽比;加氢汽油RON损失从4~5单位降至小于1单位,整体提高了炼油厂装置运行和产品结构优化的灵活性。 In the upgrading of Guo Ⅴ gasoline,the Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has expanded its 600,000 TPY hydrocracking unit into a 1.0 MM TPY heavy gas oil hydrogenation unit in consideration of bottleneck of FCC,high sulfur in FCC gasoline and heavy loss of RON in Guo Ⅴ gasoline production.After expansion revamping,the properties of FCCU feedstock has been improved,the carbon residue is reduced to 0.19% from 1.04%,the sulfur is lowered from 0.952 m% to 0.166 m%,the sulfur in FCC gasoline is decreased to 70~80 ppm from 700~900 ppm,the gasoline yield is elevated by 2.14% and diesel to gasoline ratio is effectively reduced.The gasoline RON loss is lowered to 1 unit from 4~5 units.The operation of the refinery process units and product slates have been greatly improved.
