聚氨酯胶辊微观形貌对纺纱质量的影响

摘要 为用好聚氨酯胶辊,提高成纱质量,介绍聚氨酯胶辊的材料特性、加工工艺、技术特性,对比应用不同型号、不同表面粗糙度的聚氨酯胶辊的成纱质量,分析其微观形貌对纺纱质量的影响及磨砺加工要求。指出:聚氨酯胶辊具有优良的回弹性、握持能力和耐磨性能,适纺性优,回磨周期长;其表面粗糙度Ra值越小,成纱质量越好;聚氨酯胶辊对纺纱质量提升、低碳环保、节能降耗效果突出,是性价比较高的纺纱牵伸器材。 To make good use of polyurethane rubber roller for better yarn quality, introduction is made to the material properties, processing technology, technical characteristics of polyurethane rubber roller,application and contrast of different types in spinning quality with different sur- face roughness of polyurethane rubber roller.Analysis is done to its micro-morphology effect on the spinning quality and grinding processing requirements. It is pointed out that polyurethane roller is of excellent resilience,good holding capacity and wear-resistance,excellent spinability, and long grinding cycle; the smaller the surface roughness R a value, the better the yarn quality polyurethane rollers excellent in yarn quality improvement, low carbon environmental protec- tion,and energy saving effect,the price-performance ratio is competitive.
