摘要 基于模具制造技术的研究,首先介绍了应用于模具制造行业的加工制造技术,包括特种加工、数控加工、柔性制造和快速制模等技术;接着对相应的CAM软件、模具生产管理类软件等模具制造相关软件及数控系统的发展趋势进行详细介绍;然后对模具制造行业所使用的夹具和机床主要品牌及其制造企业进行总结;最后提出模具CAM、模具加工设备和数控系统都将向智能化、网络化、高精度和高效率方向发展的趋势。 Based on the research on the die & mould manufacturing technology, the manufacturing technologies including non-traditional machining, numerical control machining, flexible manufacturing and rapid tooling technology were presented briefly. Then the development status and trend of the software for the die & mould manufacturing and numerical control system such as CAM software and die & mould production management software were introduced in detail. And the main brands and companies of the fixture and machine tool that were used in die & mould manufacturing industry were summarized. Finally, the CAM, processing equipment and numerical control system of die & mould will be to the direction of intelligent, network, high precision and high efficiency were put forward.
