摘要
针对DN2000特大管模锻件相对壁厚薄、拔长效率低的问题,通过建立有限元分析模型,分析了试制工装生产可行性及对拔长效率的影响,对锻件进行坯料与芯轴贴合情况、拔长时长度增加及成形载荷进行模拟分析。结果表明:采用上平下V砧能够满足该管模锻造拔长生产,拔长效率较高。通过生产试制,验证了上述分析的正确性和可行性。
In order to improve the drawing efficiency and solve the small relative thickness problem of the DN2000 tube sheet, the influence of drawing efficiency and the feasibility of pro-prodtion was analyzed by establishing the FEM model. It included the analysis of embracing between the blanks and mandrel, the increase of the length and the simulation analysis of forming force. The results showed that the tube sheet could meet the forging and drawing production with the upper flat and lower V-shaped anvils, and the drawing efficiency was high. Finally the rationality and feasibility of the above analysis was proved by the production experiment.
