钢地砖S型法向锚固筋成形工艺及模具设计

摘要 以S型法向锚固筋成形工艺及模具结构为研究对象,对钢地砖的选材和S型法向锚固筋的成形工艺进行研究。S型法向锚固筋采用一次成形工艺,应用有限元分析软件对制件的刚性和冲压工艺性进行模拟分析,并运用强度理论分析及实际模型试验,对S型法向锚固筋成形工艺进行验证。结果表明,S型法向锚固筋一次成形工艺方案可行,可以大幅度降低钢地砖的加工成本。 Taking the forming process and die structure of S-shaped normal anchoring rib as the research object, the material selection of steel tile and the forming process of S-shaped normal anchoring rib were studied. Finally the S-shaped normal anchoring rib was formed for one time, and the rigid and stamping process of it was analyzed by using finite element analysis software. And the strength analysis theory and the practical model test were used to verify the forming process of the S-shaped normal anchoring rib. The results showed that the forming process of the S-shaped normal anchoring rib was feasible, and the machining cost of steel tile reduced greatly.
