摘要
【目的】解决水稻穴播排种器播量连续调节的难题.【方法】设计了一种播量可以连续调节的水稻穴播排种器,主要结构有排种轮与调节机构两部分.设计了以排种轮型孔、排种器转速、水稻品种3个变量为试验因素的全因素试验,测试排种器排种均匀性与总播量的一致性.【结果】排种器每穴播种粒数为4-12粒;穴粒数合格率在80%以上;排种器穴粒数变异系数在14.40%~44.27%之间;播量一致性变异系数小于2.6%.【结论】采用播量可调式水稻穴播排种器播种的水稻产量比广东省水稻种植平均产量高21.83%~25.55%.
【Objective】To solve the problem of continuous adjusting the seeding rate for hole seeding of rice.【Method】The rice seeder with adjustable sowing rate was designed,including seed-metering wheel and regulator.A full factor experiment with three variables(type hole of seed-metering wheel,speed of wheel,rice varieties)was designed to test the homogeneity of seed-metering and conformance of total seeding rate.【Result】The experiment showed that seeding quantity per hole was 4-12,and the qualified rate of seed number per hole was over 80%,the variation coefficient of seeding number was 14.40%~44.27%and the variation coefficient of seeding rate was below 2.6%.【Conclusion】The yield of rice seeded by rice seeder with adjustable hole type was 21.83%~25.55% higher than the average in Guangdong province.
