在以信息网络横贯大社会的复杂环境下,警民之间沟通互信建设也提升到一个新的高度,公安机关面临着各种新的挑战。文章通过对当前形势下警民信任破损的症结及成因分析,着眼于警民信任建设的实际,从媒介要素、主体、客体三个方面分别提出修复警民信任的对策。

In the complex environment with information network passing through the whole country,the construction of communication and mutual trust between the people and the police has been promoted to a new height and pubic security organs face new challenge. The author analyzed the crux and causes of the breakage of mutual trust between the people and the police at present situation,kept an eye on the reality of the construction of mutual trust between the people and the police,put forward countermeasures of restoring mutual trust between the people and the police from media elements,subject and object.
