大数据背景下的地铁反恐对策研究

地铁具有封闭性,隐蔽性,事前难以有效预防等特点,所以成为新时期恐怖分子的主要袭击目标之一。地铁袭击的主要方式包括爆炸、投毒、纵火、核生化等,影响城市交通系统的正常运行,同时带来巨大的伤亡和损失,产生社会恐慌。在大数据背景下地铁反恐对策包括:做好事前预防工作,提高地铁应对反恐能力;密切联系人民群众,提高群众的地铁反恐意识;构建地铁反恐情报数据库。[1]

Subway is closed,hidden and difficult to prevent effectively,which makes it one of the main target areas of terrorists in the new stage. Terror in the subway mainly includes explosion,poisoning,arson,nuclear biological and so on,which may affect normal operation of urban transport system,bring great casualties and damages and even cause social panic. Under the background of big data,countermeasures to subway anti-terror include： prevent beforehand and enhance anti-terror ability in subway,keep close links with the people and raise anti-terror consciousness of the people in subway,build intelligence database on anti-terror in subway.
