为什么“中等收入陷阱”经不住现实检验

Why is “Middle Income Trap”not supported by the reality ?

"中等收入陷阱"一说经世界银行提出后,在国内立刻成为热门词语,但其揭示的现象本身并不是国家发展道路上的普遍规律。从理论上讲,收入只是发展的结果,而不是发展的原因,中等收入阶段也构不成与发展陷阱之间的必然逻辑关系。"中等收入陷阱"一说不仅缺乏严格的学理基础,而且难以通过现实检验,世界上有很多国家从中等收入阶段晋级到高收入经济体的成功例证。中国是一个大国,经济韧性强,技术进步正在明显加快,不会落入所谓的"中等收入陷阱",同时还从另一个角度回答了为什么中国经济能够持续增长的问题。

＂ Middle Income Trap＂, which was put forward by the world bank, became a hot topic immediately in China. However,the phenomenon revealed by itself was not a universal law on the road of national development. Theoretically,income is only the result of development, not the cause of development, and the middle income stage can not form the logical relation- ship between development trap and development trap. ＂Middle Income Trap＂ is not only a lack of rigorous academic foundation, but also difficult to pass the empirical test. There are many successful examples from middle income to higher income economy in the world. China is a big country with strong economic resilience, and technological progress is obviously speeding up and will not fall into the so-called ＂middle-income trap＂. This paper also answers the question of why China＇s economy can continue to grow from another angle.
