摘要
高等学校是培养高素质创造性人才的基地,也是知识创新的重要基地和国家创新体系的重要组成部分,其中本科教学创新性培养是基础。本文介绍了建立以学生为主,教师指引,博士研究生辅助培养创新型思维的新型教学模式以及以及博士研究生从中发挥作用的方式。
The colleges and universities are not only the base of training qualified and creative personnel,but also the important component of state innovation system,and the innovation training of undergraduate course teaching is the foundation. This paper introduce a new model of instruction,which is student-centered,teacher-guided,Ph D students assistant. Besides,we probe the role of Ph D students in undergraduate teaching.
