氯气输送系统的优化改进

摘要 对阳极氯气输送系统的工艺及设备进行改造:在原布袋除尘器前加设两级过滤收尘,增加升华物去除效果与降低布袋除尘器的处理负荷;在氯压机前加设浓硫酸干燥系统,进一步降低升华物带入氯压机及后续系统而减少堵塞,同时有效降低阳极氯气的含水与到氯压机的温度,避免对氯压机及后续设备的腐蚀;使用新型高效布袋除尘器,增加除尘效果。 The technology filters are added before the o and equipment lor anode chlorine conveying were revamped, lwo-stage riginal bag filter to collect dust, thus improving the removal efficiency of sublimate and lowering the operation load of the bag filter. A concentrated sulfuric acid drying system was added before chlorine compressor. Thus, the sublimate entrainment into chlorine compressor and subsequent system was further .reduced and blockage was lessened; the corrosion of chlorine compressor and subsequent system was avoided because the water content of chlorine reduced and the temperature of chlorine compressor dropped. New type of efficient bag filters were used and thus dust removal effect increased.
