介绍了离子膜烧碱装置中,保持氯氢处理工序稳定的重要性。针对运行中出现的问题,提出了改造方案:变更氢压机自动调节阀取压点,变更氯气大回流,改造氯气尾气吸收,改造氢气正压水封。改造后,系统运行平稳。
The importance of maintaining the stability of chlorine and hydrogen treatment process in ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant is introduced. In order to solve the problems occurred in operation, revamping schemes are put forward as follows: changes the pressure tap of the hydrogen compressor automatic control valve, changes chlorine external reflux, revamp tail chlorine gas absorption, revamp hydrogen positive pressure water seal. After these changes are taken, the system runs smoothly.
