摘要
针对400系热轧铁素体不锈钢连续酸洗技术,分析了钢带表面氧化皮特征和组成、破鳞机延伸率、抛丸机电流和磨料以及酸洗过程控制对成品白皮卷表面质量的影响。通过设备改进和生产工艺优化,提出了"大破鳞、中抛丸、轻酸洗"的方法,有效去除了钢带表面的氧化皮,白皮卷一级品率达到98%以上。
For the continuous pickling technology of the 400 series hot rolled fcrritic stainless steel, the characteristics and composition of oxide coating on steel strip surface, elongation of scale breaker, the current and abrasives of shot blaster and influence of pickling process control on the surface quality of finished white rollswere analyzed. By means ~〉fthe equipment improvement and production process optimization, the method of severe deseale, moderate shot blasting and mildpickling is put forward. It can effectively remnve the oxide coating on the surface of steel strip. The grade I products rate of the white rolls can be reached more than 98%.
