摘要
根据客户需要,青特钢采用LD转炉→LF精炼炉→RH真空脱气→CC连铸→轧制工艺开发生产了50CrVA弹簧圆钢。产品实物质量检测表明,其产品氧氮氢含量较低,钢质纯净,组织正常,奥氏体晶粒度≮11级,表面质量较好,其尺寸、夹杂物、脱碳层、低倍、硬度和拉伸性能指标均满足标准要求,用户反馈使用良好,青特钢已经完全具备生产50CrVA弹簧圆钢的能力,并已实现了批量生产。
According to customer needs, 50CrVA spring round bar was developed and produced in Qingdao Special Iron and Steel Co., Ltd with the process route of LD-~LF-＋RH-＋CC^rolling. The product quality showed that the O/N/H contents were comparatively lower, the quality of 50CrVA steel was pure and the microstructure was normal, the austenite grain size was not less than grade 11, the grain was comparatively finer and the surface quality of 50CrVA round bar was good and the size, non-metallic inclusion, decarburized layer, macrostructure, hardness and tensile property can all meet the requirements of the Standard GB/T 1222-2007, the quality of 50CrVA spring round bar was fully qualified and the customer feedback was better for the use of 50CrVA round bars. Qingdao Special Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Has possessed the capability to produce the 50CrVA spring round bar fully and batch production has been realized.
